“Absolutely love our new gold fish pond and working with William and Jonathan. Our pond took only a few days from start to finish, including removing an old raised pond. Will spent time determining the pond layout that would permit the best view from our sun room. They were willing to innovate when I requested that they retain the front retaining wall of old pond for aesthetic reasons which required that they maneuver their digging machine down a narrow flagstone walkway and through a gate to reach the backyard, rather than enter from the other side (the original plan). Our neighbors were kind enough to let the guys bring their trailer down their driveway to unload materials, and the guys took all required measures to protect the neighbor’s property. There were no hidden or surprise costs. In addition to the beauty of our new pond, it is so easy to maintain water clarity and clean. We comment almost daily on how much we enjoy the waterfall and pond. I could not recommend Waterscapes of WNY more highly.“

“Will Adams and his crew installed our water feature in the spring of 2023, using the footprint of a previously installed pond that was aging and in need of updating.
The new design includes a more prominent use of rocks and boulders intermingled with pebbles and surrounded by plants and small trees, some of which were there before. Water flows in three tiers, landing in a shallow basin. The result is absolutely lovely!
Though my husband and I live on a lot in an inner ring suburb, with a backyard that is tiny and hemmed in by garages and fencing, the water feature provides an oasis of calm. The gurgling of the water as it runs over rocks and the chirping of the birds that flock to the feature throughout the day instantly eases tension. Watch for a while and you’ll spot robins, finches, and sparrows splashing in the water.
Whenever I’ve needed advice from Will about upkeep, he’s an email away and responds promptly. He or a staff member open the feature in the spring and close it in the fall. They work conscientiously and unobtrusively.
